Thank you for Choosing the The United States Muay Thai Association (U.S.M.T.A)To Sanction Your Event. At The U.S.M.T.A we hold regulation and fighter safety to the highest regard. Your event will be regulated by Course Certified officials for the duration of the evening as well as the night before weigh in. The Sanctioning Fee will come to a total of $2200.00* to be paid in full upon receipt. A Non Refundable deposit MUST be made within Twenty four (24) hours of event approval, With Balance paid at or before weigh ins. Event cancellations must be made no less than 7 days prior to event date or Fee is forfeited.
***Sanction Fee Is for up to 14 bouts.*****
If your event has more than 14 bouts scheduled, Your sanction fee will increase by $275 dollars for every 5 Bouts after 14.
As we will require a 3rd Referee, and will need to compensate our other officials for the extra time added. This will include the following
1 or more New York State Representative
1 Senior Official/ Referee
1 Cage Side Inspector/Secondary Referee
1 Red Corner inspector (Locker room)
1 Red Corner inspector (Cage door/Ring Corner)
1 Blue Corner inspector (Locker Room)
1 Blue Corner inspector (Cage Door/Ring Corner)
1 Time Keeper
1 Score Keeper 1 Night before weigh in official All Amateur MMA fighters MUST have a National MMA ID number
**In Addition each fighter is required to register with the U.S.M.T.A The Cost is 15.00 per fighter and is good for 365 days,some fighters on your event might already be registered with us if they have fought on a U.S.M.T.A show in the past. Attached in this package is an introduction letter as well and blood work requirements and medical forms that we require. in addition The Promoter, agrees to adhere my all medical personnel requirements and fighter insurance requirements set forth by the USMTA and State Athletic Commissions Thank You for choosing the U.S.M.T.A
