Promoter Requirements

For USMTA Sanction

Approval of the USMTA Head Office for you to host an Officially sanctioned USMTA event. All sanctioning fees must be paid in full to the USMTA Office, before an event can be advertised as an USMTA sanctioned event.

For the least expensive price for your event sanctioning fees, we suggest that you pay your fees a minimum 35 days prior to your scheduled event. This will assure you a 50% Discount off the regular sanctioning fee for your event and requested title bout fees.

If your sanctioning fees are not received by the USMTA office within 29 days prior to your scheduled event, your sanctioning fee discount will be less than the largest discounted rate for fees paid 30 days in advance.

If fees are not received within 10 days prior to your event, your event will not be sanctioned by the USMTA.
